It encourages new ways of exploring, understanding and communicating your part within the family unit which can help you deal with any fears around parenting and the responsibilities involved.

This essence presents the inspiration to work with your own instruction manual - the one written through the heart, not just the mind - to more peacefully manage the myriad of energies and emotions which the arrival of a new baby can trigger.

Directions: Can be taken when the news of pregnancy is first announced or at any time during the pregnancy, for the first month after birth, or as intuitively required. 30ml dropper bottle: 5 drops twice daily diluted in a little water and sipped. Whereas the layout of elements for our other essences was always in a circle around the bowl, for this essence, we intuitively felt the layout should be linear and much more structured. We were guided to place a book, The Male Agenda, under the bowl (see below for details). The linear order of the elements was important, and has been written as this to show the progression of energetic change this essence embraces.
